Despite battle brewing, love conquers all bounds. Filled with bitter foes, magical displays, a quest for true love in many cases, and a dash of enigma, KNIGHT OF GLORY is a true delight. By the end, we understand that a brewing war of good and evil is afoot, but unfortunately, we must wait until May 2011 for the third book of the Kingdom of Arnhem series, CHAMPION OF VALOR. I loved this book! It's very Lord of the Rings'ish' without being copycat, AT ALL. Nicole took great care to create characters, plot and settings that are as unique as they are captivating. Sir Geoffry is the noble night with a vulnerable heart. Jenanna is tough, yet feminine; independent, but lonely. And Celestia turned out to be a complete surprise as to what I had expected. Nope, I'm not gonna give anything more away on that.
My absolute favorite thing about this series is that I'm able to share it with my kids and my niece, who is a medieval nut (and I mean that in a good way, Lauren). I love that this series is not only entertaining, but memory making as well.

Nicole Zoltack is a master storyteller! She creates fantasy worlds that the reader can't help but get lost in...they are that believable! This is the second book in her Kingdom of Arnhem series. The story is filled with action, suspense, romance and creatures only a talented author like Nicole could possibly come up with. I am looking forward to finding out how the story continues to unfold in the next book. If you want to lose yourself in a world of fantasy like no other pick up this series...you won't regret it!
Geoffrey meets Celestia at a ball and he instantly finds her intriguing and can not wait to see her again. Unfortunately he is sent on a mission by his Queen and does not get to spend much time with her before he departs. On his journey Geoffrey and his two companions encounter Jenanna, who has been cast out of her village for lacking magical powers. Jenanna tries to warn Geofftey that there is something very suspicious about Celestia, but he refuses to listen until Celestia appears as if out of nowhere and tells Geoffrey of her grand scheme to help him save Arnhem. Torn between these two women Geoffrey doesn't know who to trust, who to give his heart to. Will his choice end in the destruction of his home?
I really enjoyed this second book in the Kingdom of Arnhem series. Adventure, love, magic, everything you need to keep turning the pages.
The author could have definitely benefited from the help of an editor. At one point about half way through, she completely messed up one of the main characters names, instead exchanging it for an entirely different name that wasn't even in the book. Add that to the predictable plot and characters that I never felt any sort of draw towards, and I was pretty much done at that point. Honestly, I only finished it because I hate to waste money.
