It walks you thru what margin really means for your success, it forces a pragmatic understanding, rather than the usual emotional attachment to what you may have thought was good business, the notion of making good business decisions is dealt with in this section, read it twice. Chapter 9 is so important because it deals with the fast moving pace of technology, be careful, what is written here could change with new technology tomorrow .
